| Customer Reviews: Nice mirrors August 15, 2010 Jeffrey I. Snook These worked great. They are rather large but, wow, I can really see what's behind me. They fit my 2000 ford 150 great. Towed the trailer today and when they are extended they provided a good, steady view behind us. When pushed in I can still get the truck in the garage without a problem (garage doors aren't terribly wide and we still fit).
big ol' mirrors June 23, 2009 Shaggy (DE) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
The mirrors are very high quality and easy to install. Installation took maybe 90 minutes. I was impressed with smoothness of the motor and clarity of the mirror. It takes some getting used to, like driving with extra windows in the truck, you can see everything. At first I thought the mirrors looked clownishly large, but I'm getting used to it. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is the appearance due to their size. It would be nice if they manufactured similar mirrors just a bit smaller.
Poor product August 2, 2009 Wanda S. Betterton (Georgia) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
We ordered this mirror and the one for the other side 2 times and both times the support posts were broken so that the mirror could not be installed or used in any way. This was not a UPS shipping problem. The mirror glass was not broken. The plastic support posts for the screws was broken, probably at the packing plant. Amaaon did not return postage the first time, but did their best to do the right thing for the second return.
