I found this product to be of good quality and you can't beat the price. I had shopped around and the lowest price I could find for another handle was $45. I think I paid $12 all together, including s&h. It arrived at my door in less than a week and it worked great. If you're looking for a tailgate handle, do yourself a favor and pick one, or even a handful, of these bad-boys up. You will not be disappointed.

I ordered a replacement for my broken tailgate release handle on 3-27-2010 and received it today, 4-3-2010. It is an exact replacement part and took me less than 10 minutes to install, including re-installing the panel covering the operating mechnism and cleaning my hands. In physical appearance it is identical to the Ford factory piece that broke. I have re-adjusted the latches so that it works smoother and hope that this one last longer that Fords part. You cannot beat the price and the delivery time was sooner than I expected.

Yes, this is the same plastic part as the factory handle. Maybe a 10 minute installation. Arrived in less than a week. If your handle has broken, you can't replace it for less. $45 at the parts store.
